How do I get paid?
Directly through your own Mollie account. Guests pay by iDEAL, card or bank transfer and the money lands in your account, never in an intermediary account of ours.
How long is a card valid?
Twelve months from purchase. The expiry date is on the card and your guest is reminded automatically as it approaches.
Can a guest pay partially with a card?
Yes. A €100 card with €62 used keeps a €38 balance, and every movement is listed in the card's history.
What if someone wants a paper card?
Create it in the system and print it as a premium A4 card, or send a payment link so the customer can pay at the counter.
Does it work with multiple venues?
Yes. You can sell from the group and redeem anywhere; settlement between venues runs automatically.
Can the gift card go into the phone wallet?
Yes. The recipient adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap. The remaining balance updates itself there.
