Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what operators ask us most.
What is Social Deal?
A deals platform where people buy experiences at local businesses, such as restaurants, wellness and hotels, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and Denmark. The guest buys a voucher and redeems it with you.
Do I already need to work with Social Deal?
Yes. You agree the deal itself with Social Deal. The integration makes sure the bookings for that deal land in TableFlow on their own.
What if I am full?
Then Social Deal sees no free slot. If a booking still comes in that no longer fits, TableFlow does not accept it.
Does the payment come into TableFlow too?
No. The guest pays at Social Deal, and the deal is settled through Social Deal.
If I cancel myself, does Social Deal hear about it?
Not automatically. TableFlow does not actively send a cancellation or no-show from your venue to Social Deal. If Social Deal looks up the booking, they do see a cancellation, but not a no-show. So let Social Deal know yourself.
Who can switch the integration on?
The owner or an admin of the venue, in Settings, Integrations, Connections.
